Shipping + Returns

Nettle + Silk is now located in the United Kingdom. 

Shipping is flat rate

Orders over £100 ship free to anywhere in the world, otherwise:

To the United Kingdom: £5 (tracked with royal mail)

To the USA £12 (tracked with royal mail)

To Canada £10 (tracked with royal mail)

To everywhere else £18 (tracked with royal mail)

Standard shipping is first class mail from Royal Mail, with tracking. If you need your order more urgently than this, please reach out and if it's possible, I am happy to bump an order up the list but please bear in mind that this availability varies with my workload.

Orders to the USA will not incur tariff charges for my customers because Royal Mail is collecting them at the point of label sale; the tariff has already been paid with your shipping fee.

Express options, including two day - even to the USA! - are possible. Please feel free to ask and I will help you add that. In those cases, using courier services like FedEx or UPS will incur tariffs before they are delivered, since those companies are not collecting them at point of label sale.

Regular shipping is about 1-3 days after it has left my studio to UK addresses and a week to 2 weeks everywhere else, also once it has been shipped.

Returns are possible provided that the purchase is returned in the same condition it arrived and if returned within 30 days of the sale.

Returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee, depending upon the circumstances and size of the order.

Please note Nettle + Silk is not responsible for customs, tariffs and postage laws in your country, which may or may not delay your order. I recommend that you keep an eye on tracking if you're buying from overseas; sometimes orders are held up due to requiring a release from the recipient and post offices do not always notify those recipients that a parcel is waiting for their action.
